Also, the ingredients, the equipment, and the people coming in are under strict supervision so they do not bring dust (waste and impurities) into the room.<br \/>\nCleanrooms are necessary for semiconductor manufacturing.<\/p>\n<div class=\"col\">\n<figure>\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/admin\/wp-content\/themes\/2017.10\/images\/facility_img_01.jpg\" alt=\"\"><figcaption>Cleanroom 100 (less than 100 particles of dust)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure>\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/admin\/wp-content\/themes\/2017.10\/images\/facility_img_02.jpg\" alt=\"\"><figcaption>Cleanroom 1000 (less than 1000 particles of dust)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>We were the <strong>first to set up a cleanroom<\/strong> that is Class 100 or cleaner in Okinawa.<br \/>\n*About the number of particles of dust: There are about 1 million particles of dust in ordinary offices, and about 50,000 in operating rooms at hospitals.<br \/>\n(*The number of particles of dust: the number of particles of size 0.5 \u00b5m or larger per cubic foot of air)<\/p>\n<h2>Highly temperature-controlled, constant temperature environment.<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;The products we manufacture are highly temperature dependent, and the temperature change in the manufacturing environment affects the accuracy due to the expansion and the contraction of metal, and leads to defective products. Therefore, it is necessary to always maintain a certain temperature inside the cleanroom, so we have to control the temperature 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.<\/p>\n<p>The temperature in our cleanroom is set at 23\u2103 all year round, and as the surrounding temperature gets closer to that, the cost of energy gets lower. The average temperature for the past ten years in Okinawa where the facilities are located is 23\u2103, which is the same as the set temperature in the cleanroom.
