This system has been made possible through the use of micromirror device technology and the wealth o f know-how proprietary to Raytex optical systems. The key focus of microfabrication technique is, first and foremost the lithography process. We believe our fully mature maskless exposure system can be expected to offer possibilities that dramatically enhance technical development speed across a wide variety of fields, including the semiconductor, liquid crystal and biotechnology specializations.
